Work Permits

 

ALL STUDENTS REQUESTING A WORK PERMIT

 

Follow these simple steps:

  • GET A JOB OFFER FIRST
  • Obtain a B1-1 Form, Statement of Intent to Employ Minor and Request for Work Permit at the Counseling Office or download a copy.
  • Fill out the form completely and properly (PRINT LEGIBLY); obtain signatures from your Employer and Parents.
  • Current ID
  • Return the application to Counseling Office.

General Work Permits may not be issued electronically due to the sensitive nature of Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
