If you are a parent, to volunteer at our school, please submit an online application through the following link: https://parentws.lausd.net/parentauthen/ .  You will be prompted to create or log in to a Parent Portal account.

If you are a community member, please download the application from the link below, complete it, and submit it to the SAA, Ms. Webster, in person, by FAX, or by scan and e-mail to [email protected].
