SENIOR ACTIVITY GRADUATION CONTRACT

The Senior Contract Agreement is due to Ms. Gray by September 1, 2023.  You will not be permitted to participate in any Senior Activities including Graduation and Prom if your form is not on file and if you are ineligible.
